Support customers banking need in an era of digital transformation.
This role was created by our client to combat some key changes with their customers everyday banking needs. Cheques were being phased out, branches were closing and there was a clear shift to a more digital platform / internet banking. Covid also has played its part in forcing people to be isolated and unable to head to their local branch and as a result, Community Bankers were brought in with a purpose on how they can support these customers who needed a bit of extra support to get them through some key changes.
This role will see you become a supporter for those disadvantaged in the community, and help them find the right support structures in ensuring their services can continue without a hitch.
