This company is seeking a Sales and Marketing Co-Ordinator to join their team in Te Rapa, Hamilton on a fixed term contract covering parental leave for approximately 14-15 months. As a global leader in volumetric payload measurement, they develop innovative technology for truck load volume measurement in various industries.

Responsibilities:

• Support marketing activities, including managing social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn) and paid media channels (Google ads, Facebook ads, LinkedIn Ads).
• Maintain marketing collateral and website content, coordinating with contractors when necessary.
• Assist in organizing tradeshows, including booth booking, collateral preparation, and demo unit logistics.
• Champion the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
• Generate sales reports and coordinate freight processes globally.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in marketing space. 
• Familiarity with WordPress, social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn), paid media (Google ads), and CRM systems.
• Proficient in data analysis, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), and budget management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively.
• Organisational skills and experience in remote tradeshow management or freight coordination preferred.
• Attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
